Pioneering Technology and Proven Model: Over $5 million invested in technical and market development over the past decade, leading to a robust pipeline of BioHub projects. Our Cobar BioHub is registered as a Project of State Significance in NSW, ensuring streamlined approvals.
We are completing an equity financing round of $750,000 at a valuation of $5 million. These funds will finalise off-take agreements by providing production samples and expediting project licensing and approvals.
Upon securing off-take agreements, we plan to raise an additional $5 million in institutional investment at a higher valuation to achieve financial closure for the Cobar BioHub Project.
Our biocarbon products cater to industrial sectors (metal smelters), manufacturers (including petrochemical), and agriculture (soil sequestration and non-fossil carbon in fertilisers). These markets traditionally rely on fossil carbon sources, presenting a significant demand for our sustainable alternatives.
Our products sequester atmospheric carbon for periods ranging from 5 to 5,000 years, providing excellent collateral benefits through superior operating models. This sequestration is not factored into our primary business model, ensuring additional environmental value.
